Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks and digital downloads are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
